- Defining an interior space through the boundaries of floor, wall, and ceiling has long been intuitive. Yet caterpillars perceive no such divisions, moving freely across all surfaces without distinguishing between them. With chair legs extending like limbs—even onto its back—the Eruciform Chair adopts an unconventional form reminiscent of a caterpillar climbing a wall. It invites viewers to reconsider interior space by physically embodying an alternative perspective.
