Working in object design and visual arts, Manifold is a Brooklyn-based artist collective operated by Yihan Chen and Fengyi Zhu. They focus on creating works in the form of functional objects by materializing the compatibility between representative ready-made and mismatched crafts - they are keen to give an accent to the alternative inclusiveness while cultivating an aesthetic that also speaks the language of popular culture. Their works have been shown at exhibitions all over the globe and they have also taken on many direct commissions from clients in fashion, interior design, architecture, and arts.
